End-to-End College Reporting Process

Complete roadmap from online pre-reporting to hostel allocation

Important Reporting Guidelines:

Candidates who have been allotted PICT and whose status is Auto Freezed can report to the institute and proceed further (after self ARC).
Students who have completed the self ARC (Seat Acceptance process) and their status is Auto Freezed or Self Freezed can report to the institute.
Before starting the institute reporting procedure, prepare all the required documents (Hard & Soft copy) before proceeding further with the reporting process.

At the Main Gate, your documents will be verified, and your entry will be recorded in the application.

Online Document Cross-Verification through the Authorities' Web Portal

Physical Verification

Original document scrutiny and verification by Scrutiny Officers.

MIS Entry & Fee

College MIS student profile creation and fee payment.

Fee Reconciliation and Payment Confirmation

Final Confirmation

CET Cell portal final confirmation and admission letter generation.

Requirement for Pre-Reporting Form [Step 1]

Soft copies of all the documents uploaded to the CET Cell portal. Maximum file size: 1 MB (PDF/Image)
Passport-size Photograph for ERP profile and I-card (Clean background, Max 30 KB JPG/PNG).
Additional Scanned Documents Seat Allotment Letter, Seat Acceptance Receipt, Scrutiny Centre Receipt, ABC/APAAR ID, Aadhaar, etc. – Max 1 MB each).
Preparation of fees The full fee amount must be paid at the time of reporting to the Institute.

Campus Guidelines

At the time of reporting:

Only one parent/guardian is permitted with the candidate inside the reporting center to avoid crowding.

Important:

Bring all original documents along with one set of photocopies. EWS and TFWS candidates shall submit two sets of photocopies.

Live Tracking:

During the physical reporting process, you can track your live admission status and queue position using the Admission Live Tracker .

Anti-Ragging Affidavit - Mandatory Procedure

COMPULSORY

It is compulsory for each student and his/her parent/guardian to submit an online undertaking every academic year at www.antiragging.in

Step 1: Online Details Submission

Student will submit his/her details on www.antiragging.in and www.amanmovement.org; read and confirm that he/she and parents/guardians have read and understood the AICTE regulations on curbing the menace of ragging and will not engage in ragging in any form.

Step 2: Email & Forward to Nodal Officer

Student will receive an email with registration number and web link. Forward the link to the email of the Nodal Officer of college Mr. E.M. Reddy at nodalofficer_ar@pict.edu
* Note: Student will not receive PDF affidavits and is not required to print & sign it.

Step 3: Nodal Officer Verification

The Nodal Officer can click on the link from forwarded emails to get the list of students who submitted Anti-Ragging Undertakings. The list will be updated every 24 hours.

A mandatory field “Anti Ragging Undertaking Reference No.” is provided in Student Information Form - Student must enter the reference number.

Students can pay the fee through any of the following modes. No cash payment / cheque will be accepted in any case.

A. D.D. / Pay Order

In favour of “Pune Institute of Computer Technology” payable at Pune drawn on Nationalized/Scheduled Bank.

Write full name as per HSC/12th Marksheet and DSE Application ID (DSE26...) on backside of DD/Pay Order
Two photocopies of DD/Pay Order & one photocopy of HSC Marksheet to be submitted along with original

B. Net Banking / UPI

Payment can be done via NET Banking / RTGS / NEFT / UPI / QR Code.

Payment proof shall be submitted along with mobile number

C. Swipe Machine

Swipe Machine facility available for Debit / Credit Card.

Very Important: Students admitted through DSE Rounds and eligible for concession in fees shall submit required documents for claiming fee concession and must submit online application for scholarship / freeship on MAHADBT Portal as per schedule declared on PICT Website and Notice Board, failing which full fees has to be paid.
